Delivering Lord Davies suggestions of 25% women non executive board members in FTSE 100 companies by 2015
Lord Davies’ recommendation that FTSE 100 boards should aim for a minimum of 25% female representation by 2015 means that the target, exactly double the existing level of 12.5%, would require a third of all board appointments over the next four years to be women.
Violet has a successful track record of placing women in non-executive positions. Contact us today on 020 3535 8080.
